The Design & Customization Process

What kind of image can I upload? You can upload almost anything! High-resolution photos (from your phone is fine!), illustrations, your company logo, a child's drawing, or even a simple text design. The possibilities are endless.

What are the image quality requirements? Use the original, highest-resolution image available, with a clear subject and enough space around the edges for cropping. Avoid screenshots and images downloaded from social media when you have the original file. Choose “Upload & let us design” if you want our help with placement, and review your proof before production.

What file formats do you accept? Choose “Upload & let us design” to send JPG, PNG, or PDF files to our team. The self-design editor accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP images. Use the clearest original file you have. For SVG or another format, contact us before ordering so we can help with the next step.

About The Paddle Itself

Is this a "real" paddle, or just for decoration? It's a real, high-quality paddle designed for play! While it looks great on a wall, we built it to be enjoyed on the court. We use top-tier materials so your memento is also a joy to use.

Which paddle materials can I choose? Choose Fiberglass, T300 Carbon Fiber, or T700 Carbon Fiber on the custom paddle page. The price updates when you select a material. Specifications depend on the version you choose; if a particular thickness, weight, or size matters to you, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the details for that version.

Is the paddle suitable for experienced players? Absolutely. While our primary focus is on creating meaningful custom gifts, we never compromise on the underlying quality. It's a paddle that both a beginner and a seasoned player can appreciate.

Ordering, Shipping & Gifting

How long does it take to make and ship my custom paddle? First, submit your artwork and review the design proof. After you approve the artwork, production usually takes 3–5 business days. Shipping then typically takes another 5–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. Allow extra time for the design discussion and approval. If you have a gift deadline, contact us before ordering; a requested date is not a delivery guarantee. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. See our shipping policy.

Can I ship a paddle directly to someone as a gift? Yes! You can enter their address as the shipping address during checkout. We do not include price information on our packing slips, so it will be ready for gifting upon arrival.

What is your return policy for custom items? As each paddle is uniquely created with your personal design, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your paddle arrives damaged or there is a quality issue with the print, please contact us immediately and we will make it right. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Do you have any gift wrapping options? While we don't offer traditional gift wrapping at this time, each paddle is shipped in a clean, high-quality box that is suitable for gifting.

Gift Ideas & Inspiration

I want to order a gift, but I'm not sure what design to use. The best gifts come from the heart! Consider using a favorite family photo, a picture of a beloved pet, an inside joke, a drawing from a child, or the coordinates of a special place. The goal is to make them smile every time they see it.

Can I order a matching set for a couple or a family? Of course! This is one of our favorite things to see. You can create two (or more) separate paddle designs in your cart to create a perfectly coordinated set for an anniversary, wedding gift, or family tournament.
